Online Account Registration Policy
Registering on-line makes the shopping experience quick and easy. All billing and shipping information is securely stored on the Hot Body Wax® servers so that returning customers don't need to enter the information every time they wish to place an order.
Hot Body Wax®'s Payment policy is to collect payment at the time of order placement.

Order Confirmation Policy
All on-line customers will receive a confirmation number at the conclusion of the order process. If an E-mail address is provided at the time of on-line order entry, a confirmation E-mail will be sent to the customer. The confirmation E-mail will include order number, quantity, products ordered, and the total amount to be charged.
Although, it is not required for a customer to provide an E-mail address to place an on-line order, if one is provided, as a courtesy, the customer will ALSO receive E-mail notification from The United States Postal Service containing the tracking number so that they may follow the shipping progress of their order.
Product Availability Policy
Order fulfillment is contingent upon product availability. Periodically, circumstances beyond the control of Hot Body Wax®
affect product availability. In such instances, customers will be contacted for replacement or refund information.
All shipping costs are calculated instantly and accurately in accordance with
Hot Body Wax®'s Shipping Cost Policy. A small processing charge is then added to cover the cost of shipping materials and packaging.
Hot Body Wax® uses The United States Postal Service for all United States and International shipping orders.
ALL orders are shipped PRIORITY MAIL through USPS.

Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping within the continental U.S.A. for all purchases totaling $65.00 or more is based on product purchases only and DOES NOT include oversized items such as gallons and buffers. Free Shipping will also not be eligible on the Hot Body Wax Exlusive TV Offer and/or any specially discounted items and/or specials. If an on-line customer purchases an item(s) that total $64.99 or less then shipping will be charged.
All orders receiving Free Shipping will ship within 24 hours using Hot Body Wax®'s standard Shipping Policy with NO HIDDEN FEES!
Free shipping is only available in the continental U.S.A.

Return Policy on items shipped via "Free Shipping" - Customers have 30 days from the date of the order to return an item. The product must be returned in its original box. All items returned that were marked or shipped as "FREE SHIPPING" at the time of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.
Rush Processing Policy
Same day Rush Processing is contingent on product availability. All orders requesting Rush Processing must be received by PHONE no later then 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Municipal, State, or Federal holidays may affect Rush Processing availability. Rush Processing may increase the handling charge.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Every product manufactured by Hot Body Wax® is guaranteed for quality. If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of one or more Hot Body Wax® product, he or she may return the product/'s ANYTIME for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the customer must return the unused portion of the Hot Body Wax® product with the receipt or proof of purchase and a brief explanation for the return and Hot Body Wax® will refund the customer 100% of the purchased price in accordance with this Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Refunds apply to Hot Body Wax® manufactured products ONLY.
Hot Body Wax® honors all requests for order Cancellations received prior to the product shipment.
* All equipment sales are final and fall under the individual manufacturers warranty.

International Ordering & Shipping Policy
We are proud to ship to customers in 257 countries around the globe.
ALL international orders must be called into our headquarters at 888.567.2891 to be processed so that we can secure the lowest possible shipping rate.
On-line International Orders are unavailable at this time.
All international customers will be charged accordingly based on the weight and destination of the package. When a customer calls our headquarters they are given the total cost of the shipping charges. We ship international packages with the U.S. Postal Service using their Priority Mail Service. We found that they have the best rates and deliver our packages to our international customers faster than any other service.
All international customers pay ONLY the exact shipping charges. We DO NOT add Handling or Processing charges to international orders.
Buyers are responsible for complying with their countries local and federal laws and fees associated with their orders. By placing an order customers are agreeing to assume all risks. We mark all customs forms as "Gift" and we send "person" to "person". We will not be responsible for the package if it is stopped by customs. If customs stops the package you may refuse it and have it re-delivered back to us. You must notify us that the package is being returned. You then have the option of us re-shipping the package or we can issue a credit for the amount of the product only. NOT shipping cost. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if you decide to have it re-shipped. You agree to pay full shipping amount due to full weight of the product. Total shipping amount can be verified on the package upon arrival.
All international sales are final. If the package is lost, damaged, or held in customs, it is your responsibility.
Free Shipping offers are for U.S. destinations only and cannot be honored on orders being shipped outside the U.S.
Sales Tax Policy
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut. Sales tax within each of these states may vary based on the final destination of the package.
APO/FPO Addresses Policy
We ship orders to APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. The arrival times listed are for U.S. addresses and do not generally apply to APO and FPO addresses.
Debit Cards Policy
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card a payment can not be made.
